Servicing the Bacchus Marsh community for over 28 years

Bearing them in mind, not only would I want to see exceptional clinical standards, but I would want their dentist to see them as an individual, to know them personally and to not just think of them as the next patient. I would want their dentist to develop a relationship with them where they would know what was important to them, be interested in them as a whole person and not just a 'mouth', and have genuine concern for their comfort before, during and after their treatment. It would also be kind of nice to have the kind of visits where they also share the unique and interesting life stories that happen to all of us between visits for 'check ups'.

As we only ever have the one set of adult teeth (hopefully for life), I would want my family's dentist to provide the highest level of care, whilst providing all options within all budgets, and happily providing treatment over comfortable time lines. I would also want them to explain all the relevant details both short term and long term for anything and everything they think might be relevant either now or in the future.
